Transformation Tuesday? Lol 2 years ago.. 180lbs benching 225, some time last year, I was 215lbs and benching 245. Now, I’m 190lbs and benching 315. Now.. last year I did get lazy for some time as well.. But I’m no where close to done, I’m just beginning.
Mt. Woodson was an amazing hike. about 7 miles round trip? maybe 8? but the top was all worth it. That little rock, aka Potato Chip Rock, is a famous little slab (literally). it took us 1.5 hours to get up there.. and then another 30 minutes waiting for pictures lolol
Part 3 of 3. this one was deff fun but little disappointed in the obstacles.. coulda done a tad bit better but free beer! and i finished in the top 500 with my buddy. 39 mins. i believe it was the top 10% too.. and thats not bad at all considering it was after running the Run or Dye
overall this was a really fun dash, not a lot of upper body kinda things like monkey bars or whatever. maybe the R.O.C. race will have more.. Part 1 of 3
Part 2 of 2. Overall, it was a pretty fun event. i suggest doing it to help start being active. makes running fun for sure! just not so much on the wallet.. 1st 5k of the day! followed by the WARRIOR DASH!
